Assalamu Alaykum,
I feel that the field of Hadith and its sciences is really the 'forte' of Cordoba Academy and always has been. I feel that by spreading yourself into every kind of uloom and trying to offer fiqh and usool from every madhhab you are wearing yourself thin and not being able to adequately provide a focused manhaj for any one school.
Instead, along with the regular offerings of maqaari' of hadith that CA has done a wonderful job of organizing and offering to students of knowledge, you should offer a hadith-focused track of learning for those willing to specialize further in this field. This is what CA knows how to do best and this is what I feel they should specialize in and be known for. There are plenty of other online institutes offering courses in tajweed, fiqh of different madhaahib, seerah, tafseer, arabic, etc. But none offer a specialized hadith curriculum, even something as simple as Al-Bayquniyyah, and this I feel is what all these institutes seriously lack and where Cordoba Academy really shines. I believe CA should continue to be the forerunner in this field and become the master of it, rather than try to be a 'jack-of-all-trades' institute and fail at that. I say this because we all saw the attempted launch of the 1-year certificate that was not completed successfully because of the lack of teachers for all the subjects, or the lack of students to fill all these courses, or both.
With that being said, an ideal program would be one where a student can follow 2 tracks concurrently or separately if he/she wishes, a progressive curriculum of 'Ilm Al-Riwaya and one of 'Ilm Al-Diraya, one that is similar to what Sheikh Mohammed Daniel outline in a previous post here:

If Cordoba Academy can focus its efforts on what it does best and become known as the 'go-to' institute for Hadith Sciences, insha'Allah that will really attract interest and increase the student body, it will place Cordoba Academy in a category of its own, and it will help it streamline its online marketing efforts and give it the brand recognition that is absolutely necessary for survival in today's online culture.
Please forgive the length of the post as I really felt the need to speak my heart out about this, and I hope that you consider my advice and ask the other students to see if what I am saying makes sense or not.
